About the Co-Founder
Frans Maropene Mahodi
He obtained his Diploma in Criminal Justice System in 2000 a Technikon Pretoria and further obtained his LLB in 2004 at Rand Afrikaans Universiteit and LLM specializing in Banking and Tax Law at University of South Africa (UNISA) in 2008 and lastly completed a Diploma in Corporate Law in 2011 at the University of Johannesburg.
He served his articles of Clerkship with the Legal Aid Board in 2005 at Johannesburg and was admitted as an Attorney. He acquired experience in magistrate court and High Court Litigation, including Matrimonial Litigation. He drafted and vetted numerous agreements and conducted due diligence enquires.
Mr Mahodi is the head of Crimal and Civil Litigation at our Firm.
